| The Field
Education Department is an active arm of PMI
being responsible for the real application in the mission field of students’
ministries. All the theoretical learning gained by the students in their
studies will be put to practice through the guidance and supervision of
their respective church leaders or supervisors in their Christian Service.
The churches are expected to evaluate the students fairly and coordinate
with the Field Education Department for the betterment of student’s services
for the glory of God. Coordination or working hand-in-hand with one another
in God’s mission are prompted by the Field Education Department to all
students and their supervisors so that all may benefit the goodness that
it brings such as good relationship, and good testimony to others.
The Field Education Department
is also determined to guide and monitor the students involvement in their
Christian services. That is why the department has its own ways of keeping
in touch with the students and keeping their records as well.
