Students who desire to be committed with God's Word and be trained for the Lord's service should look forward to rigid training under the program of the Department.
    The Bible & Theology Department boldly faces the challenge of transmitting to PMI students a pure and undefiled religion, consistent to the teaching of god's Word.
    The Department adheres to its strong commitment to safeguard the Theological teachings of the school that should be in line with her doctrinal statement.

    The Department that helps PMI to fulfill its mission of developing competent, mission oriented Christian leaders in Asia. It seeks to clarify and develop the students calling in the Ministry.  It provides the training and exposures under the guidance, tutelage and mentorship of pastor-teachers who are consistently and continually involved in the pastoral ministry.

    The goal of the Department is to educate the church leadership planting churches cross-culturally with an indigenous and naturally reproducing Gospel within every people of Asia.  For this purpose the teaching and learning instructions of ICS are already structured.  Morever, it is essential for a church planting movement to be established with the help of the local church and nurtured to maturity.
 

   The Department seeks to develop Christian Education specialists who are well-equipped in administering the educational ministry of the church, in teaching different age groups and in curriculum making. To achieve this goal, the department provides opportunities for the development of students' leadership potentialities and skills in and of campus. 
    The department works hand in hand with the Field Education department in implementing and monitoring the required training for each year level.

     In line with the school's vision which is to train competent, mission-oriented Christian leaders in Asia's rural areas, its objective is to train full time music director or administrator who in turn will plan and execute the church music program, assisting the four major areas: worship, education, evangelism and fellowship.
    The PMI Music Department trains music leaders with theological and biblical foundations.  The musicians are able to teach, counsel and lead Bible study in the musical context.  We also encourage students to pioneer music ministry even in small churches with no music program nor instrument at all.
    We also train students with no prior formal music training.  The training is neither an easy task nor an overnight work.  The training received together with different exposures during weekend is a big help to realized the significance of church music.
     We believe that one of our roles as church musicians is building and edifying people in their relationship with God through music and eventually lead those people to reach out for others.
 

    In the holistic development of the students to be competent mission-oriented Christian leaders, the general education curriculum is given importance.
    The department implements the required the general education curriculum adopted and promulgated by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as part of all baccalaureate degree programs.  Included in the curriculum are Language and Literature, Humanities and Social Sciences and the Mandated Subjects such as Life Works of Rizal and Philippine History.

    The Library is the heart of the institution.  As the heart of the institution, its core is to support the institution's vision and mission through an organized, relevant and fast delivery of information sources and services.  It aims to provide adequate and stimulating learning environment trough access to information sources in pursuit of teaching, research and evangelical mission work of the institution.
